Macháčková Hassmannová, Kristina ; Reckziegelová, Petra (advisor) ; Vilda, Tomáš (referee)
Title: Casuistry of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of unilateral lower leg amputation Aims: Aim of this bachelor thesis is to theoretically proces the lower limb amputation issue with the specialization on the lower leg amputation, to proces casuistry of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with this diagnosis with the therapy evaluation effect. Methods: The general part has been processed by the theoretical base recherche template for the lower limb amputation issues. I processed the definition of amputations theoretically, along with the anatomy of bones, muscles and the nerve and blood vessel supply to the lower leg, etiology, prevention, types, amputation complications and therapy. Special part of the thesis is formed by the casuistry of patient D.S. with the diagnosis of unilateral lower leg amputation. The casuistry originated as an outcome of my bachelor's practice at the Rehabilitation clinic Malvazinky from 18.1.2016 to 12.2.2016. It contains an anamnesis, kinesiological entry analysis, suggestion and therapy aims, nine therapeutical units, kinesiology input analysis and therapy effect evaluation. Outcomes: During the therapy, the patient improved in torso stability, correct breath wave practice, stump scar soft tissue relaxation, post amputation scar relaxation...

Králová, Tereza ; Nechvátalová, Vendula (advisor) ; Neuwirthová, Svatava (referee)
Title of bachelor thesis: Case report of physiotherapy treatment of the patient after bilateral lower limb lengthening Summary: The goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe matters of rehabilitation after bilateral lower limb lengthening. The work is divided into two main sections. The first - theoretical part is dedicated to the elaboration of literature on this issue. The second - special part contains a detailed case report of the patient after bilateral lower limb lengthening that was executed during continual specialised practises in the term 8. 1 - 2. 2. 2018 in Rehabilitation hospital Beroun. Case study of ortho-prosthetic care of a patient with a diagnosis of transtibial amputation
Koubská, Iveta ; Neuwirthová, Svatava (advisor) ; Šolc, Zdeněk (referee)
Title: Case study of ortho-prosthetic care of a patient with a diagnosis of transtibial amputation Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge about amputations of the lower limbs and to process a case study of ortho-prosthetic care of a patient with a diagnosis of transtibial amputation. Methods: The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the topic of amputations and prosthetics of the lower limbs with a focus on transtibial amputation. The practical part is processed in the form of a case study of a patient after transtibial amputation in connection with diabetes mellitus. It describes the anamnesis, initial examination and protetometry, the production of the prosthesis, the static and dynamic completation and walking training with the made prosthesis. Results: The case study was completed during a month-long internship in the non- governmental medical institution named Protetika - Medica Praha. An appropriate prosthesis was made for the patient and he was ready for subsequent rehabilitation. After rehabilitation, there will be a significant improvement in the patient's quality of life. Keywords: amputation, crus, diabetes mellitus, case study, prosthesis
Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with Osteosynthesis of Left Tibia
Kottová, Natálie ; Reckziegelová, Petra (advisor) ; Křížková, Štěpánka (referee)
Title: Case report of patient after tibial osteosynthesis Objective: The aim of this bachelor's theis is to write up a case report of patient after ostehosynthesis of the left tibia during my four-week practical training in Hospital Kladno. The implementation of specific physioterapeutic therapy was based on petting familiar with theoretical background for this diagnosis. Abstract: The osteosynthesis of tibia is an invasiv and surgical solution of posttraumatical fracture of the tibia and this status requires rehabilitative care. After work with the patient and based on my theoretical knowledge of this subjekt, I found out that the biggest issue was gate limitation and therefore the therapy was focused on improving this issue. As this is a case study, it is not possible to make any conclusion from suggested therapy and the process as well as the results cannot be generalized. Nevertheless this thesis includes information based on in the theoretical, as well as in the practical part. The theoretical part in the first portion of this thesis analyzes basic aspects of the theoretical knowledge of this diagnosis as anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics including characterization and classification of fractures and their solutions. The specialised practial part writes up case report of one patient after...

Physiotherapy following shank and foot injuries
ŠPÍREK, Vlastimil
This thesis deals with the subject of injuries in the area of the crus and the leg. It consists of two main parts. The first, the theoretical part, describes all the anatomical structures of the lower extremity, further methodical procedures used in the therapeutic rehabilitation and physiotherapy, kinds of injuries, the complications thereof and ways of examinations. The objective of the thesis is to find out whether a timely action of rehabilitation treatment may influence the return of the extremity affected to the norm. The other, the research part, describes outpatient rehabilitation of the patient following a fracture of the shinbone. For this purpose, the qualitative kind of research was chosen, involving a free conversation in the course of the patient{\crq}s regular visits to the outpatient facility where he / she underwent his / her rehabilitation.
